1.1 The “HighFliers Credits” and “Spin to Win” promotions (“the Promotions”) are run by Cresta World Travel Limited t/a Jetset (“Jetset”)

1.2 Spin to Win will run from Thursday 4^th July 2024 until further notice.

1.3 HighFliers Credits will run from Friday 4^th July 2025 until further notice.

2.1 The Promotions are open to travel agents who book travel products through Jetset, are located in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and who register in accordance with Paragraph 2.3 below. Eligible customers will receive an email invite to take part in the Promotions from Jetset or an authorised representative of Jetset.

2.2 Regardless of whether an invitation to join the Promotions has been received, you will not be eligible if:

2.4 All Participants must be the business owner or be an employee of the business and have the business owner’s permission to receive a personal reward from Jetset and their registration must be approved by Jetset. Please note that any reward will be addressed to the Participant and it is at the business owner’s discretion as to whether their employees are eligible to participate in the scheme and, therefore, it is essential that any person entering ensures the business owner is fully aware of the Promotions before registering.

3.1 Participants may earn Spin to Win tokens by making an eligible booking either on JETS or via the Jetset Call Centre and registering their HighFliers Account Number against that booking.

3.2 Participants who have registered will be able to view their available Spin to Win tokens and redeem them on the Spin to Win page on the Website after logging in to their account.

3.3 Spin to Win tokens may not be issued where there are outstanding payments from the Participant or relevant business.

3.4 The Promotions may be managed by fulfilment companies.  Furthermore, Spin to Win rewards will be issued by third parties (such as Love2Shop) and, in such circumstances, shall be subject to their standard terms and conditions.

3.5 All rewards are subject to availability and shall be sent to the Participant’s registered email address. The Participant is responsible for keeping their details updated.

3.6 Jetset reserves the right to change or substitute the rewards available at any time, at its own discretion.

3.7 If the Participant has any concerns with the reward once received, they should contact Love2Shop within 24 hours of delivery at help@love2shop.co.uk or 0344 375 0739.

4.1 Participants may earn HighFliers Credits by making an eligible booking either on JETS or via the Jetset Call Centre and registering their HighFliers Account Number against that booking.  HighFliers Credits may, from time to time, be given as prizes through the Spin to Win Promotion.

4.2 The balance of HighFliers Credits earned by a Participant and available to redeem will be visible via the Participant’s account on the Website (once the Participant has logged in to their account).

4.3 HighFliers Credits may not be issued where there are outstanding payments from the Participant or relevant business.

4.4 The Promotions may be managed by fulfilment companies.  Furthermore, HighFliers Credits are only redeemable through a third party (Love2Shop) and, in such circumstances, shall be subject to their standard terms and conditions.

4.5 All rewards are subject to availability and shall be sent to the Participant’s registered email address. The Participant is responsible for keeping their details updated.

4.6 Jetset reserves the right to change or substitute the rewards available at any time, at its own discretion.

4.7 For the purposes of earning Jetset HighFliers Credits, a Package is defined as either (a) Flights with a minimum of two consecutive nights’ accommodation OR (b) Flights plus car hire. Any booking not qualifying for a Package/PowerMonth/HomefromHome reward will qualify for Spin to Win.

4.8 PowerMonth bookings are those that include flights for that month’s sponsoring airline, subject to qualifying criteria and as promoted on JETS.  Applies to flight-only and package bookings. Only bookings with flights originating in the UK, Ireland or Channel Islands are eligible.

4.9 Where the reward amounts offered vary by booking value, this Booking Value will be measured on invoiced net sales (i.e. excluding agent’s commission).

4.10 HighFliers Credits earned from a PowerMonth, Package or HomefromHome booking with a Booking Value (as defined above) under £10,000 will be applied to your account overnight and available the next day to transfer, convert or save, but those won as a Spin to Win prize will be applied instantly to your account balance. HighFliers Credits earned from a PowerMonth, Package or HomefromHome booking with a Booking Value of £10,000 or higher will be applied to your account on the day of departure.

4.11 If the Participant has any concerns with the reward once received, they should contact Love2Shop within 24 hours of delivery at help@love2shop.co.uk or 0344 375 0739.

4.12 The Jetset HighFliers Card is an E-money product. The Card must be activated before it can be used. Once activated, those funds on the Card then become E-money. The Card is issued on behalf of Love2Shop by Park Card Services Limited (“PCS”), Company Registration No. 3280082, the E-money issuer, whose registered office is at Valley Road, Birkenhead, Merseyside CH41 7ED. The Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not apply to the Card. For your protection, all funds held from time to time on Cards are held by PCS in trust and safeguarded in accordance with the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. Full terms & conditions relating to the issuance of the Card and its use can be found by logging on to the card management portal at Login To Your Account. Responsibility for the Card and any funds on the Card lie with the cardholder and Jetset accept no liability whatsoever should any loss or misappropriation of those funds occur whether the Card is in the possession of the registered cardholder or otherwise.

5.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be supplemental to, and all purchases are subject to Jetset’s standard terms and conditions of sale available at www.jetsetholidays.co.uk

5.2 By participating in these Promotions, Participants agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.

5.3 All decisions made by Jetset in respect of these Promotions shall be final. No appeal or correspondence will be entered in to.

5.5 If any matters arising from these Promotions are not covered under the Terms and Conditions set out for these Promotions, they shall be determined solely by Jetset.

5.6 For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Promotions periods shall not entitle eligible customers to any claims or compensations whatsoever against Jetset for any and all losses and/or damages suffered or incurred by the eligible customers as a direct or indirect result of the said act of cancellation, termination, suspension or extension.

5.7 Jetset accepts no liability for system errors, technical failures or data loss associated with these Promotions.

5.8 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude Jetset’s liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by Jetset negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) for any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for Jetset to exclude or limit liability.

5.9 Jetset shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities whatsoever howsoever arising or suffered by the eligible customers resulting directly or indirectly from these Promotions or rewards.

5.10 Personal data supplied during the course of these Promotions may be shared with third-party fulfilment providers and will only be processed as set out in Jetset’s Privacy Policy which can be found at www.jetsetholidays.co.uk

5.11 Participants are responsible for the confidentiality of their HighFliers Account Number and password and the Participant shall immediately inform Jetset of any unauthorised access and are otherwise responsible for complying with Jetset’s Website Terms of Use and/or Acceptable User Policy.

5.12 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Laws and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising from them.
