1.1 Jetset HighFliers Spin to Win (“the Promotion”) is run by Cresta World Travel Limited t/a Jetset (“Jetset”)
1.2 The Promotion will run from Thursday 4th July 2024 until further notice.
2.1 The Promotion is open to travel agents who book travel products through Jetset, are located in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and who register in accordance with Paragraph 3.1 below. Eligible customers will receive an email invite to take part in the Promotion from Jetset or an authorised representative of Jetset.
2.2 Regardless of whether an invitation to join the Promotion has been received, you will not be eligible if:
2.2.1 You are an employee or contractor of Jetset (or any of our subsidiaries and related companies) or their immediate family;
2.2.2 You are an employee or contractor of any supplier to Jetset (or any of our subsidiaries and related companies) that are connected directly or indirectly to this Promotion (including advertising agencies) or their immediately family;
2.2.3 You are in breach of any agreement with Jetset (or any of our subsidiaries and related companies);
2.2.4 You are under 18 years of age;
2.2.5 Any other person that Jetset decides to exclude at its sole discretion for any reason.
3.1 If you are an eligible customer and have received an invite from Jetset, you can participate in the Promotion by registering at this website.
3.2 Participants who have registered will be able to view their available Spin to Win tokens and redeem them on the Spin to Win page on the Website after logging in to their account.
3.3 All Participants must be the business owner or be an employee of the business and have the business owner’s permission to receive a personal reward from Jetset and their registration must be approved by Jetset. Please note that any reward will be addressed to the Participant and it is at the business owner’s discretion as to whether their employees are eligible to participate in the scheme and, therefore, it is essential that any person entering ensures the business owner is fully aware of the promotion before registering.
3.4. Participants may earn Spin to Win tokens by making an eligible booking either on JETS or via the Jetset Call Centre and registering their HighFliers Account Number against that booking.
3.5 The number of available Spin to Win tokens earned by a Participant will be visible via the Participant’s account on the Website (once the Participant has logged in to their account).
3.6 Spin to Win tokens may not be issued where there are outstanding payments from the Participant or relevant business.
3.7 The Promotion may be managed by fulfilment companies. Furthermore, Spin to Win rewards will be issued by third parties (such as Love2Shop) and, in such circumstances, shall be subject to their standard terms and conditions.
3.8 All rewards are subject to availability and shall be sent to the Participant’s registered email address. The Participant is responsible for keeping their details updated.
3.9 Jetset reserves the right to change or substitute the rewards available at any time, at its own discretion.
3.10 If the Participant has any concerns with the reward once received, they should contact Love2Shop within 24 hours of delivery at help@love2shop.co.uk or 0344 375 0739.
4.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be supplemental to, and all purchases are subject to Jetset’s standard terms and conditions of sale available at www.jetsetholidays.co.uk
4.2 By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.
4.3 All decisions made by Jetset in respect of this Promotion shall be final. No appeal or correspondence will be entered in to.

4.5 If any matters arising from this Promotion are not covered under the Terms and Conditions set out for this Promotion, they shall be determined solely by Jetset.
4.6 For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Promotion period shall not entitle eligible customers to any claims or compensations whatsoever against Jetset for any and all losses and/or damages suffered or incurred by the eligible customers as a direct or indirect result of the said act of cancellation, termination, suspension or extension.
4.7 Jetset accepts no liability for system errors, technical failures or data loss associated with this Promotion.
4.8 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude Jetset’s liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by Jetset negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) for any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for Jetset to exclude or limit liability.
4.9 Jetset shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities whatsoever howsoever arising or suffered by the eligible customers resulting directly or indirectly from this Promotion or rewards.
4.10 Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion may be shared with third-party fulfilment providers and will only be processed as set out in Jetset’s Privacy Policy which can be found at www.jetsetholidays.co.uk
4.11 Participants are responsible for the confidentiality of their HighFliers Account Number and password and the Participant shall immediately inform Jetset of any unauthorised access and are otherwise responsible for complying with Jetset’s Website Terms of Use and/or Acceptable User Policy.
4.12 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Laws and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising from them.
